Next.js 15 Starship Developer Kit Commercial License

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, the Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use the Software in the Licensee's own commercial and non-commercial projects
Modify the Software for use in the Licensee's projects
Distribute the modified Software as part of the Licensee's projects

2. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software as a developer kit or template
Use the Software to create a competing developer kit or template
Remove or alter any copyright notices or license terms in the Software
Transfer or assign this license to any third party

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. Termination

This License automatically terminates if the Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software.

7. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
